It started between 2 businesses: Dank Burrito and Ioanni's. Ioanni's had their sign set to "HAPPY BIRTHDAY JEFF" for over 3 weeks, causing Dank Burrito to change their sign to "IOANNIS QUIT BEING LAZY CHANGE YOUR SIGN".
